There's no excuse for a guest not to reply quickly to your invitation. All they have to do is write their name, accept or decline your invitation and then pop the RSVP into the envelope which  is printed with your return address and then post.

The Reply Slip is also an ideal way to ask your guests questions- for example:

• Do they have any dietary requirements?
• Do they need accommodation?
• Would they like to request a special piece of music at the reception?
