We deliver worldwide. There are additional charges to be paid over and above our normal shipping charges within the UK.

This depends on what you have ordered. If you have ordered a non-personalised item and we have stock we will ship the item within a week of receiving the order. If the item you have ordered is personalised please allow 3 weeks.

We don't have a shop but you are welcome to visit our office provided you make an appointment first.

All payments on this site are processed using Worldpays secure server using secure socket layer technology (SSL), your details are encrypted to ensure that your account and order details are safe and secure. You can if you wish also pay via Paypal.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 15 days from date of invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item less any additional shipping charges that you incurred when you made the original purchase.

We don't offer refunds for goods that have been personalised but we will gladly replace items that are faulty.
